What you will do

• Produce high-quality 3D scenes, animations, and renders for UA video ads end-to-end in Blender.
• Build and document reusable Blender templates to enable fast iteration and variation across game titles.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and AE expressions to reduce manual production steps.
• Create simulation setups, particle effects, and procedural shaders for creative content.
• Research and integrate AI tools (e.g., Tripo, Rodin, Hunyan) for asset creation and production acceleration.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the broader creative team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in 3D production, tech art, or motion design with a strong Blender focus.
• Expertise in Blender across modeling, animation, simulation, rendering, and scripting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) for compositing and template creation.
• Ability to write Python scripts for automation and tool development.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Candidate must already have the right to work in the required location; no relocation or visa sponsorship provided.
