What you will do

• Produce high-quality static and video marketing assets including UA ads, ASO/store assets, social media content, and key visuals.
• Create polished graphic layouts, templates, and performance-driven iterations.
• Develop video templates, storyboards, and short-form marketing content with simple edits and timing.
• Integrate AI tools into the creative process through prompt iteration, compositing, paintovers, and retouching.
• Collaborate with the Lead Artist and Art Director to ensure assets align with brand guidelines and storytelling.
• Deliver fast, high-quality iterations based on feedback and creative performance data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing art, visual design, or creative production, ideally in gaming or mobile-first content.
• Proficiency in AI art pipelines, prompt writing, and image refinement tools.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for layout, compositing, and retouching.
• Medium-level skills in Premiere and After Effects for editing and producing marketing videos.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong portfolio showing both static and video work, including process sketches and storyboards.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D tools.
• Experience with Unity or game engine captures.
• Fast sketching skills for ideation and storyboarding.
• Experience creating hooks for short-form UA videos.
