Working Student AI & Automation (AI): Developing and implementing AI-driven automation prototypes to optimize internal workflows with an accent on state-of-the-art AI models and Python development. Focus on translating business problems into technical solutions and maintaining internal Office IT infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid (Munich), 1-2+ office days per week

What you will do

• Drive AI and automation projects across Finance, Operations, Product, and People departments.
• Develop experimental prototypes using state-of-the-art AI models to improve internal workflows.
• Take ownership of technical projects from the initial idea phase to final implementation.
• Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage Office IT setup and act as the first point of contact for internal IT support.
• Handle IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements

• Must be an enrolled student in Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Solid proficiency in Python.
• Strong interest in AI and automation with initial hands-on experience.
• Confident communication in English.
• Ability to work from the Munich office.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with automation tools such as Make or n8n.
• Experience with data tools like dbt and BigQuery.
• Knowledge of German.
