What you will do

• Design and execute A/B tests and Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) to assess the impact of product and marketing initiatives.
• Apply causal inference techniques to estimate the true effect of various business strategies.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to translate business questions into measurable experiments.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Utilize tools such as Braze and Amplitude to evaluate user behavior and campaign performance.
• Build funnels, cohorts, and segmentation analyses to enhance the understanding of user engagement.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and experimentation methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests or experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to business stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Colombia

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AI tools to optimize research, analysis, and workflow automation.
• Experience with causal inference techniques such as difference-in-differences or the potential outcomes framework.
• Familiarity with Braze, Amplitude, Spark, Databricks, or Azure cloud environments.
