What you will do

• Identify and qualify targets for asset-light acquisitions to expand the company's client portfolio.
• Lead the full deal lifecycle from initial founder outreach and valuation to negotiation and closing.
• Coordinate with Commercial and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless client migrations and minimize churn.
• Execute priority, high-stakes programs sourced directly from the Office of the CEO.
• Act as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide data-driven updates to the Leadership Team regarding pipeline health and projected ROI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Partnerships, or Business Development.
• Proven track record of managing high-velocity deal flow and successful client migrations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for founder-to-founder conversations.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with high accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS and travel tech is preferred.
