Salary: $105,000 – $112,500 annually

What you will do
- Drive product adoption and maximize customer value to support retention and growth.
- Deliver telemetry-driven insights on usage and whitespace to inform retention strategies.
- Lead customer onboarding, facilitate training, and ensure a smooth transition to steady state.
- Build trusted relationships with users and LOB leaders to nurture internal advocates.
- Own health reviews and risk mitigation plans to support the renewal motion.
- Identify unmet use cases and product gaps to drive expansion and modernization opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in SaaS environments.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model from the local office.
