What you will do

• Drive high-velocity execution in close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Bridge user needs and business goals to ensure design shapes the product direction.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to translate insights into intuitive, low-friction experiences.
• Design seamless management systems for expenses, cards, and invoice processing.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate decision-making.
• Champion high craft and AI-native ways of working within the design practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience at a fast-growing tech company.
• Proven experience in payment processing, orchestration, payment methods, or subscription management.
• Fluency in using qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale to senior stakeholders.
• Passion for AI, demonstrated through hands-on building or prototyping with tools like Cursor, Bolt, or Claude Code.
• Proficiency with Figma and Git.

Nice to have

• Experience with Expense Management, FinTech, or SaaS products.
