Focus on improving sign-up and sign-in flows, reducing friction, and increasing conversion through data-driven experimentation.

Location: Hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end sign-up and sign-in experience across all personas and products to ensure it is fast and scalable.
• Define and track success metrics, balancing user experience, security, compliance, and business impact.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to discover problems and build the product roadmap.
• Design and run large-scale experiments to validate ideas, reduce friction, and increase conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, security, and fraud to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Ensure all authentication flows comply with security, fraud, and privacy requirements.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Product Management delivering business impact at scale.
• Experience in authentication, identity, security, onboarding, or other platform domains.
• Strong analytical skills with a comfort in using data and experimentation to inform decisions.
• Technical fluency to navigate architectural trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
