What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated content related to real estate advisory, market analysis, and property management.
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements.
• Draft realistic real estate scenarios and variations from multiple perspectives (agent, client, investor).
• Identify gaps, oversights, and weak reasoning in AI-generated real estate content.
• Contribute to the development of advanced AI real estate and management systems.

Requirements

• Senior-level real estate expert with significant professional experience within the EU or UK.
• Experience in advising on, developing, and executing real estate projects and documentation.
• Ability to evaluate project workflows, technical requirements, and compliance.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week.
• Capable of providing structured, critical feedback independently.
