What you will do

• Review and code medical records accurately using CPT and ICD-10 standards.
• Submit clean claims and resolve denials to accelerate cash flow and maximize revenue.
• Monitor accounts receivable and perform consistent follow-ups on unpaid claims.
• Maintain strict compliance with payer requirements and healthcare regulatory standards.
• Identify and mitigate revenue leakage issues within the billing cycle.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in medical billing and coding.
• Strong expertise in CPT, ICD-10, and insurance claims processes.
• Experience working with EHR/EMR and specialized billing platforms.
• Primary internet connection (min 15 Mbps) and a functional backup connection (min 10 Mbps).
