What you will do

• Design and build robust backend applications and core business logic.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD and high-throughput data pipelines.
• Develop internal tools and automations using Streamlit.
• Own infrastructure integration, ensuring alignment between platform and backend.
• Translate high-level business needs into scalable technical solutions autonomously.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python backend development.
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining complex data pipelines.
• 3+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• 5+ years of experience architecting scalable web applications and backend systems.
• Must be based in LATAM (specifically Argentina, Chile, Peru, Mexico, or Uruguay).

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools or dashboards with Streamlit.
• Experience working in regulated environments, such as Healthcare Tech.
• Familiarity with production-grade AI agents or autonomous workflows.
