What you will do

• Execute and oversee end-to-end reconciliation processes for transactional financial flows to ensure audit compliance.
• Review automated reconciliation outputs and analyze discrepancies to identify potential risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions for detected issues.
• Ensure all reconciliation and control processes are executed according to defined SLAs.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing clear documentation and traceability.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within FinOps operations.

Requirements

• Experience in Finance Operations, Reconciliations, Audit, or FinOps roles, ideally within fintech or multinational environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for complex data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail when working with large transactional datasets.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure and adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated or audit-driven environments.
• Knowledge of SQL or BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.
• Background in payments, settlements, or high-volume financial operations.
