What you will do

• Execute end-to-end reconciliation for transactional financial flows to ensure proper recording and audit compliance.
• Analyze automated reconciliation outputs to identify potential risks, discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor financial flows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to defined SLAs.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing clear documentation and traceability.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within FinOps operations.

Requirements

• Experience in Finance Operations, Reconciliations, Audit, or FinOps, preferably in fintech or multinational environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to perform root cause analysis on large transactional datasets.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Degree in Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Must be based in Chile.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL or BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.
• Background in payments, settlements, or high-volume financial operations.
