What you will do

• Configure, monitor, and maintain automated reconciliation flows using Simetrik, integrating bank files, APIs, and internal records.
• Analyze and resolve transaction exceptions and discrepancies to ensure operational continuity.
• Maintain a single source of truth for accounting records to ensure audit readiness (SOC, Basel compliance).
• Monitor acquirer and processor fees to detect revenue leakage and prevent financial losses.
• Generate reports and dashboards for visibility into cash flow by payment method and currency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payments, and Risk teams to optimize end-to-end payment operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Payment Operations, Reconciliations, or Fintech Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Simetrik (rules, matching keys, tolerances, mappings).
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem: acquiring, card networks, gateways, and settlement.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reconciliation flows independently.

• Basic knowledge of SQL or experience with Big Data tools.
• Experience working in regulated financial environments.
• Previous exposure to audit processes or compliance frameworks.
