TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide standard support for customers implementing API-supported products, including architecture review and guidance.
  • Lead technical issue resolution during integration and stabilization phases until Go-Live.
  • Create and modify architectural solution documents using industry-standard tools.
  • Coordinate across internal and customer resources to mitigate risks and overcome technical challenges.
  • Act as a product expert, providing training and demos to both business and technical audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve implementation processes and inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Information Systems.
  • At least 8 years of experience in building functional solution architectures for multi-layered, distributed systems.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Proficiency with Java (Spring), .NET, SQL, JSON, SOAP, REST, and HTML.
  • Fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market.
