What you will do
- Handle inbound client calls in clear, professional English.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks, including invoicing, AR/AP, and reconciliations.
- Manage general administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and client follow-ups.
- Support onboarding and training for new accounts.
- Maintain accurate notes and tracking in the company's project management tool.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English (spoken and written) and Spanish.
- Availability 8:00 AM–12:00 PM PST, Monday–Saturday (required).
- Proven remote experience working for US companies.
- Basic bookkeeping experience; experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and providing friendly customer service.
Nice to have
- Experience in the car dealership or autoparts industry.
- Experience transitioning from call-handling roles into bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities.
