Tech Lead Data & Analytics (Snowflake, dbt, Tableau) F/M/X

What you will do

• Co-lead a Feature Team alongside a Product Owner to deliver analytics and AI data products.
• Manage and coach internal and external Data Engineers.
• Define technical and data modeling choices, including Snowflake architecture, patterns, dependencies, and quality standards.
• Integrate data sources through the in-house DataHub solution.
• Industrialize data products and implement development and DevOps best practices.
• Optimize product performance and operating costs through FinOps practices.

Requirements

• At least five years of significant experience in data and previous managerial experience.
• Engineering degree or specialized master’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake or another modern data platform, with in-depth Snowflake expertise.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, plus knowledge of dbt, data modeling, Agile practices, and DevOps.
• Experience with data science and analytics or AI data products.
• Fluent English is required as the working language.

Nice to have

• Tableau or other analytics tools.
• FinOps experience and e-commerce skills, including SEO/SEA.
