TL;DR
Tech Lead Data & Analytics (Snowflake): Leading a feature team to deliver high-quality data products and analytics solutions with an accent on Snowflake architecture, performance optimization, and FinOps. Focus on coaching data engineers, industrializing AI/analytics pipelines, and ensuring robust DevOps practices within a large-scale hospitality ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in France (Hybrid: remote work available several days per week).

What you will do
- Co-lead a feature team alongside a Product Owner to deliver high-impact data products.
- Manage and coach a team of internal and external Data Engineers.
- Define technical and modeling standards, including Snowflake urbanization and data quality patterns.
- Industrialize analytics and AI data products while optimizing performance and infrastructure costs.
- Ensure the implementation of best development practices, including CI/CD and DevOps.
- Integrate diverse data sources into the internal DataHub solution.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering and previous managerial experience.
- Fluent in English (working language).
- Strong technical expertise in Snowflake and modern data platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Solid understanding of dbt, data modeling techniques, and Agile/DevOps culture.
- Experience in data science and analytics product development.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools.
- Knowledge of FinOps culture.
- Background in e-commerce (SEO/SEA).
