TL;DR

Distribution Material Coordinator (Logistics/Pharma): Managing the global delivery of clinical trial materials to patients with an accent on hub/depot operations and regulatory compliance. Focus on optimizing supply chain efficiency, ensuring GMP/GDP compliance, and coordinating with third-party distribution partners.

Location: Hybrid in Mont Saint Guibert, Belgium (2 days per week onsite)

What you will do

  • Oversee hub and depot operations including reception, shipment, labeling, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of delivery schedules and priorities.
  • Monitor SAP and KorberOne systems to resolve shipment issues and maintain data accuracy.
  • Manage import/export requirements and pre-shipment paperwork for global deliveries.
  • Author deviations and change controls while performing investigations into SOP departures.
  • Ensure strict compliance with GMP/GDP and all internal/external regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health care, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing inventory or complex supply chains in a highly regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial distribution, cGMP, and global import/export requirements.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Mont Saint Guibert, Belgium.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with SAP.
  • Specific expertise in clinical research or studies.
