What you will do

• Design high-quality, on-brand visuals for social media, including carousels, ad creatives, and Reels covers.
• Develop and maintain design templates in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for team use.
• Create visuals for HubSpot campaigns, specifically email banners and landing page graphics.
• Adapt designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines regarding typography, color palette, and hierarchy.
• Collaborate via ClickUp, Google Drive, and Slack to manage deliverables and feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design for social media or digital marketing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent command of Canva, including brand kit and template management.
• Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign visuals and email templates.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and brand-aligned designs.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics or short-form video using After Effects or CapCut.
