• Implement optimizations for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design reviews.
• Collaborate with security experts and network engineers to ensure high standards of safety.

Requirements

• 6+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading design or architecture of reliable and scalable systems.
• Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Proficiency in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and operations.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
