Location: Remote, but must be based in and eligible to work in Taiwan

What you will do

  • Provide exceptional service across multi-channel customer communications.
  • Handle cases with professionalism and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Manage customer service documents for internal tracking and cross-team awareness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various e-commerce departments.
  • Support the reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks and duties.

Requirements

  • Degree, High Diploma, or Associate Degree.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
  • Must be based in and eligible to work in Taiwan.
  • Experience with CRM, Case Management, Live Chat, and AI tools.
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and during the shift 13:00-22:00.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in basic administrative office suite software (MS Office, Google Drive).
