What you will do
- Provide exceptional service across multi-channel customer communications.
- Handle cases with professionalism and a customer-centric mindset.
- Manage customer service documents for internal tracking and cross-team awareness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various e-commerce departments.
- Support the reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks and duties.
Requirements
- Degree, High Diploma, or Associate Degree.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Must be based in and eligible to work in Taiwan.
- Experience with CRM, Case Management, Live Chat, and AI tools.
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and during the shift 13:00-22:00.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in basic administrative office suite software (MS Office, Google Drive).
