TL;DR

Associate, Resuscitation Support Centre (Healthcare): Providing national-level customer and technical support for resuscitation education programs with an accent on account management and mid-level technical troubleshooting. Location: Remote (Must be currently residing and legally entitled to work in Canada)

Salary: $45,000–$50,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for students and instructors, triaging and resolving inquiries with professionalism.
  • Manage account administration, including duplicate merges, certificate lookups, and payment corrections.
  • Ensure data integrity through audits of course records and instructor/PA activities.
  • Provide technical support for the portal and online courses, resolving Docebo and Salesforce errors.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to report bugs and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Utilize Copilot/AI to tailor and professionalize email communications.

Requirements

  • Must be currently residing and legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Diploma or certificate from a post-secondary institution in Healthcare, Medical Terminology, or Administration.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative roles in fast-paced environments.
  • Working knowledge of CRM/LMS tools, specifically Salesforce and Docebo.
  • Strong critical thinking, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
