What you will do

• Design and implement core backend services and data pipelines for the B2B product line.
• Participate in designing and improving system architecture and documenting operational processes.
• Ensure high code quality through comprehensive unit and integration testing.
• Optimize performance and cost efficiency within owned service areas.
• Set up and maintain alerting, dashboards, and runbooks for production services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in a culture focused on testing, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional backend development in Java within an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Java Concurrency.
• Knowledge of SOA, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Practical experience with AWS and cloud development principles.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, message brokers, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Redis, Netty, or Akka.
• Knowledge of gRPC and Project Reactor.
• Experience with NATS, Kafka, or MongoDB.
