What you will do

• Empower up to two teams to become self-organized and performant.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, and productive meetings.
• Guide teams in identifying and handling risks and impediments.
• Mentor team members on Agile, Lean, Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase predictability and visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement in ways of working and team health.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-time experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• At least 7 years of experience within product development.
• SAFe 6.0 Certification.
• Proven experience with Scrum, Kanban, XP, and SAFe methodologies.
• Technical background with experience in software development or a technical degree.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industry.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices.
• Experience operating at a "Team of Teams" level.
• Recent track record of continued education in Scrum.
