What you will do

• Lead the Data, AI & BI roadmap to ensure scalability, resilience, security, and cost efficiency.
• Design and operate cloud data lakehouse architectures and domain-oriented data products aligned with data mesh principles.
• Build and maintain data ingestion, ETL, and CDC-based event-driven pipelines.
• Implement data governance, quality rules, and semantic layers for BI, reporting, and analytics.
• Enable AI/ML and LLM use cases, including feature engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor for data, ML, and BI engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, or Advanced Analytics.
• Proven experience designing cloud data platforms and lakehouse architectures, preferably using AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or EMR for large-scale data processing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and automation.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation guardrails.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.

Nice to have

• AWS or Databricks certifications.
• Experience with CI/CD for data and ML pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies using JIRA and Confluence.
