What you will do

• Design and maintain high-impact reporting and intuitive dashboards using ThoughtSpot and Mode for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and adopt AI-driven tools to surface business insights faster.
• Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to define and track critical KPIs.
• Act as the guardian of commercial data by writing clean, performant SQL to ensure reports are accurate and trustworthy.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a quantitative field.
• Deep expertise in SQL and experience navigating complex databases.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into precise queries and actionable insights.
• Experience with ThoughtSpot and Mode is highly preferred.
• Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical findings for non-technical audiences.
• Must be based out of the HQ in South San Francisco, CA.
