What you will do
- Handle client requests and resolve issues via live chat, phone, and email.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate specialists using Salesforce or Jira.
- Perform hourly verification of documents submitted by clients within specific regions.
- Prepare and interpret detailed reports and documentation.
- Attend company seminars to master business functions and pass required assessments.
- Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager.
Requirements
- Native Arabic proficiency.
- Fluency in Turkish and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Customer service orientation and high reliability.
