What you will do

• Develop and execute high-quality content strategies for Instagram and TikTok aligned with the company mission.
• Create engaging, inspiring, and educational content including Reels, Stories, and carousels for providers and parents.
• Build and nurture an engaged community through active engagement and influencer relationships.
• Identify and test growth strategies to increase followership, particularly among women aged 20–30.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content formats, hashtags, and posting cadence.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing and managing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing and optimizing performance.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Later, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
• Must be based in California.
