What you will do

• Collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to identify high-leverage problems.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and product experiences.
• Write production code and ship frequent improvements across the customer journey.
• Automate operational workflows including onboarding, reporting, proposals, and internal tooling.
• Leverage AI developer tools like Windsurf and Cursor to increase development speed and quality.
• Own the entire lifecycle from discovery and design to deployment and iteration.

Requirements

• Strong builder mindset with experience launching products, tools, or businesses independently.
• Ability to write production-ready code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Practical experience working with AI, LLMs, and modern developer tooling.
• Comfort translating user insights into shipped technical solutions.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with high ownership.
• Interest in working in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
