What you will do

  • Enhance the overall employee experience while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive employee handbook and company policies.
  • Design and manage high-priority HR programs, including performance reviews, training, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Oversee payroll processes, taking ownership of Taiwan payroll and managing global vendor relationships.
  • Analyze employee feedback data to identify and implement improvements in the work environment.
  • Optimize and implement HR tools to boost productivity and streamline operational processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in HR operations, preferably within a fast-paced global environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR programs and policies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with multicultural stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan to manage local payroll and operations.

  • Familiarity with payroll management and vendor relations.
