What you will do

• Manage daily transactions and documentation processing for international and domestic shipments.
• Schedule freight forwarders to ensure timely daily and weekly product deliveries.
• Trace, track, and report on customer deliveries to meet internal and external requirements.
• Review orders for correct Incoterms, Named Place, ECCN, HTS, and other compliance attributes.
• Prepare off-line export documentation and maintain organized filing and record keeping.
• Collaborate with various internal groups to provide and implement shipment resolutions.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in a Logistics or Distribution environment.
• Knowledge of international shipping requirements, documentation, and export administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be local to the position location.
• Must have valid work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
