What you will do

• Oversee daily stockroom operations including receiving, storage, distribution, and shipping of test equipment.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and project requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance within asset tracking systems.
• Monitor stock levels and equipment utilization to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Track equipment calibration, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in equipment inventory management.
• Experience in electronics or telecommunications manufacturing environments.
• Professional-level written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions independently.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting test engineering or production operations.
• Familiarity with enterprise inventory management systems.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers in a global environment.
• Exposure to equipment calibration and maintenance tracking processes.
