What you will do

• Own end-to-end supply planning, including shortage management and recovery actions across the supply chain.
• Drive purchasing execution (PO, RFQ, lead time management) to ensure material availability aligned with production.
• Analyze supply-demand gaps using data and AI tools to identify risks and simulate scenarios.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance regarding delivery, lead time, and reliability.
• Support New Product Development (NPD), ensuring material readiness and smooth ramp-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply capability with demand requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency with SAP / ERP systems.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel, dashboards, or similar tools.
• Experience in supplier management, capacity planning, or qualification processes.
• Ability to work in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
