What you will do

• Evaluate and select appropriate AI models based on business needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with the data science team to fine-tune AI models for optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered application features using Python.
• Test and validate AI model performance in real-world scenarios and troubleshoot issues.
• Stay up-to-date with AI advancements to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Work directly with the CTO and engineering team to continuously evolve the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development, including successful production applications in modern web frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, ML, Deep Learning, and LLM tools such as LangChain.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with various back-end technologies.
• Ability to design new features around data models with accuracy, security, and performance in mind.
• Must be based in the USA; the company is unable to sponsor work visas at this time.
