What you will do

• Manage daily workflows and post-closing activities using Vesta and Encompass.
• Review, submit, and deliver case files to FHA and VA, ensuring government loans are insured by deadlines.
• Resolve post-closing investor suspense items, including document discrepancies and compliance violations.
• Ensure all processes comply with company policies, investor requirements, and state/federal regulations.
• Identify and address potential loan challenges or uninsurable loans directly with management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4-6 years of cross-trained experience as a Closer, Funder, or Post-Closer.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with Encompass.
• Thorough understanding of federal rules (RESPA, TILA, ECOA, TRID, CFPB).
• Experience using government sites for VA and FHA.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Vesta (Loan Operating System).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related industry experience.
