What you will do

• Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
• Oversee stock tracking, ordering, and reporting to ensure optimal levels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for procurement and supply chain efficiency.
• Handle import/export logistics operations and related documentation.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 15kg and crating/uncrating equipment.
• Support shift work operations as required.

Requirements

• Must be local to the position location.

• English: Effective communication skills (verbal and written) required.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 15 kg and perform basic manual tasks.
