What you will do

• Build and scale user acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, and other channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and report on key KPIs to optimize for growth and efficiency.
• Ideate new creative concepts and run A/B tests to identify scalable opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver market-specific ad content.
• Monitor ad spend to ensure efficient budget allocation and strong ROI.

Requirements

• Experience in performance or quantitative marketing with hands-on knowledge of major ad platforms.
• Strong understanding of branding, copywriting, and creative problem-solving.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets and trend analysis.
• Ability to adapt campaigns for diverse international markets across Europe, Africa, and Asia.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech or Crypto sectors.
