What you will do

• Split time equally between project management (50%) and technical execution (50%).
• Lead the preparation, execution, and documentation of client projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise and provide technical support to project colleagues, providing constructive feedback and clear direction.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, including server migrations, virtualization, and cloud transitions.
• Proactively analyze client needs and formulate suggestions for ICT improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Engineer.
• Expertise in Microsoft environment: Windows Server, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Experience managing virtualization, cloud transition, and security projects.
• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Ability to provide technical advice for organizations with 50-500 IT users.
