TL;DR

Strategic Pricing Analytics Manager (Data Analytics): Driving data-driven pricing strategies and workflow automation across Taylor & Francis divisions with an accent on advanced analytics and AI. Focus on leveraging machine learning for predictive analytics, optimizing pricing performance, and building scalable pricing infrastructure.

Location: Must be based in the UK and be able to commute to the Milton Park office at least three days per week.

What you will do

  • Automate workflows for competitor intelligence, pricing performance, and financial analysis using Python, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Utilize AI and machine learning to conduct predictive analytics, forecast demand, and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Design and implement scalable pricing infrastructure to support segment-specific and differentiated pricing strategies.
  • Partner with Senior Pricing Managers and cross-functional teams (Editorial, Commercial, and Marketing) to align pricing with market trends.
  • Communicate complex pricing concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Right to live and work in the UK is mandatory.
  • Must live within a commutable distance of the Milton Park office.
  • Fluency in SQL and Python, with proficiency in Power BI and Databricks.
  • Proven experience in data and analytics roles within multi-channel organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging AI and ML to optimize pricing and automate workflows.
  • Experience building scalable pricing infrastructure for global initiatives.
