Senior UX Content Writer (Logistics)

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, 2 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Execute and maintain content systems following established toolkits, guidelines, and frameworks.
• Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all rider touchpoints globally.
• Provide operational support via weekly Content Design Office Hours for designers and product managers.
• Handle day-to-day copy requests for 11 product squads using Figma plugins and automation tools.
• Conduct content reviews using established heuristics and quality checklists.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams on in-flight projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills.
• Strong understanding of mobile app content principles.
