TL;DR

Location: Hybrid from Kraków, Poland (2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN/MD (B2B)

What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for ECAD/MCAD engineering software solutions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Engineering and IT to align priorities and gather requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and cost impact.
• Oversee the software lifecycle, including usage tracking, renewals, and license optimization.
• Contribute to the financial planning and cost optimization of a multi-million USD global software portfolio.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Technical Lead.
• Hands-on experience with engineering software platforms (ECAD/MCAD or similar).
• Understanding of IoT ecosystems, connected systems, or data-driven engineering environments.
• Knowledge of IT service management processes (e.g., ITIL).
• English: B2 level minimum required as it is the primary working language.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Kraków, Poland.
