What you will do

• Build foundational UX from the ground up, including journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Break down complex product flows into clear, structured user experiences.
• Translate business needs into scalable UX concepts that balance user goals with technical feasibility.
• Co-create design systems and structural logic that scale across products and use cases.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on goals and ship usable outcomes.
• Identify UX challenges and propose thoughtful, context-aware solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on UX or product design experience, ideally with B2B, admin, or enterprise platforms.
• Ability to bring structure to unclear problem spaces and navigate ambiguity.
• Proficiency in Figma, including experience with components and libraries.
• Strong time management and ability to work autonomously across multiple projects.
• Collaborative communication skills to explain design tradeoffs clearly.
• English: Fluent (written and spoken) required for communication and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience working on public sector or government platforms.
• Interest or experience in UX writing, microcopy, or basic prototyping/animation.
• Familiarity with multi-brand or multi-product design environments.
• Interest in scalable system thinking and documentation.
