What you will do

• Own the end-to-end user journey from the first touchpoint through personalized onboarding, registration, and activation.
• Apply Behavioral Science principles such as nudging and choice architecture to drive user adoption and revenue.
• Develop and execute a disciplined backlog of experiments using AI to accelerate hypothesis generation and prototyping.
• Conduct qualitative research and data analytics to identify user needs and friction points in the existing experience.
• Lead a cross-functional team of Engineering, Design, and Data specialists to optimize existing and new growth loops.
• Collaborate with Marketing and leadership to create shared understanding of growth levers and metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products.
• Proven track record of driving product-led growth for high-scale consumer products.
• Applied knowledge of Behavioral Science, including nudging and cognitive bias reduction.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI to develop hypotheses and pre-validate solution options.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
