What you will do

• Design and develop backend services supporting tokenization and trading workflows.
• Build and optimize high-performance, scalable, and secure distributed systems.
• Implement REST, gRPC, and WebSocket APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Lead integration efforts with third-party platforms, custodians, and trading venues.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions to ensure enterprise-grade reliability.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from design to production monitoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience in Go (preferred), Java, or C++.
• Strong expertise in building and operating large-scale backend systems.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade software with strict reliability requirements.
• Proven experience designing and integrating REST, gRPC, or WebSocket APIs.
• Deep understanding of performance optimization, concurrency, and distributed system design.

Nice to have

• Experience with institutional crypto trading systems or digital asset infrastructure.
• Background in trading, risk, or investment management software.
• Exposure to multi-strategy trading environments or multiple asset classes.
• Experience integrating with custodial platforms or financial systems.
