Location: Hybrid in The Hague, Netherlands

Salary: €5,363 – €7,661 per month

What you will do

• Develop and maintain GenAI applications for document extraction and automated decision-support in claim handling.
• Deploy AI models and agents into production, integrating them with APIs, pipelines, and monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product Owners to refine requirements and enhance the AI lifecycle.
• Ensure system scalability and compliance using CI/CD, testing, and observability frameworks.
• Optimize application performance through caching strategies and continuous feedback loops.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in AI engineering, data science, or data engineering.
• Strong engineering skills in Python and experience with GenAI frameworks (LLMs, RAG, OCR/DocIntelligence).
• Proven experience building and deploying GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Econometrics, or Mathematics.
• Dutch and English proficiency (C1+).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in The Hague, Netherlands.
