What you will do

• Build and manage engineering teams to develop core features, services, and infrastructure for the Ledger team.
• Coach direct reports to maximize their organizational impact and support their career growth.
• Develop and implement a multi-year strategy and quarterly roadmaps in collaboration with product and senior leadership.
• Provide technical guidance on architectural decisions and foster a culture of high-quality code and engineering processes.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver and operate multi-tenanted distributed systems at scale.
• Recruit exceptional engineers aligned with hirify.global's culture to help the team scale.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Proven expertise in creating and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
• Ability to be hands-on with code reviews, technical documentation, and incident leadership.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Glean) to improve workflow efficiency.
• Must be able to attend mandatory in-person company and team offsites multiple times annually.

Nice to have

• Experience leading Platform, ledgering, or trading systems at scale.
• Knowledge of financial data, accounting systems, or high-precision transaction processing.
• Technical proficiency with Go, Kubernetes, or Postgres.
• Experience in high-growth environments (startup to mid-size).
• Crypto-forward experience including onchain activity (Ethereum, ENS, dApps).
