What you will do
- Research and map banks, digital lenders, and NBFCs aligned with POS traffic.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals with senior stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms, including success fees and revenue-share models.
- Lead institutional onboarding by coordinating between partner risk teams and internal technical teams.
- Monitor match and approval rates to ensure partner ROI and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Partnership Management, or Alliances within the Fintech or Banking sector.
- Existing network of contacts within credit, retail lending, or digital transformation departments of financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of Lending-as-a-Service (LaaS), credit underwriting workflows, and POS financing.
- Technical literacy to discuss API integrations and data security with technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
