What you will do

• Act as the statutory director and legal representative for the local entity in China.
• Represent the company in negotiations and sign official documents within delegated authority.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor, corporate, and tax laws and regulatory standards.
• Oversee financial performance, banking processes, and vendor management in collaboration with global finance leadership.
• Lead and support local office management, operations teams, and other support functions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with relevant local authorities and service providers.

Requirements

• Proven senior management experience in country, office, or general management.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of business operations, governance, and compliance specifically within China.
• Strong ability to build trust and work effectively with global leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
