What you will do

• Manage and grow the core wholesale broker base and Gross Written Premium (GWP), ensuring high service standards.
• Monitor a middle market book of business to ensure financial targets are met and optimize profitability.
• Propose and negotiate pricing, coverage, and terms for insurance policies.
• Solicit and analyze risk within company guidelines and ensure rigorous documentation.
• Collaborate with cyber analytics, product, and marketing teams to enhance broker offerings.
• Partner with technology and data teams to create tools that improve the underwriting process.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as an underwriter in cyber liability, Tech, Media E&O, or other specialty commercial insurance.
• Solid knowledge of specialty commercial underwriting and insurance industry theories and practices.
• Strong technology affinity and the ability to work with advanced analytics software.
• Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
• Technical background in networking concepts such as DNS, IP addresses, and ports is a strong plus.
