Location: Must be based in Canada (excluding Quebec) or the US. Candidates local to Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto are expected to be in office a minimum of twice per week.

Salary: $199,300 – $299,100 CAD

• Define and drive high-impact design strategies and 3+ year "North Star" visions for a multi-product portfolio.
• Manage platform-wide patterns and cross-cutting workflows to ensure a cohesive experience across diverse firm roles.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to align experience strategy with technical architecture.
• Implement mechanisms for assessing and scaling design quality for complex B2B data structures.
• Mentor a world-class design organization and recruit top-tier talent for enterprise-grade challenges.
• Redesign organizational operating models to embed AI-driven experimentation and automation into workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada (except Quebec) or the United States.
• Proven experience applying AI to transform design craft and creating user-centered AI experiences.
• Strong background in service design and designing extensible platforms for B2B enterprise ecosystems.
• Demonstrated expertise as a leader of leaders, managing design teams across complex ecosystems.
• Ability to connect design strategy to business value and communicate complex subjects with clarity.
• Experience establishing validation and experimentation systems using AI to accelerate iteration.
